Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments. You can't adjust the number of installment payments or the price range available for Shop Pay Installments.You have the option to pay for orders between $50 and $3,000 USD, including discounts, shipping and taxes, in 4 installments. 

To use Shop Pay, customers need to:

  • Activate their cards before use, if applicable.
  • Be able to make online purchases.
  • Have billing information that matches their bank account on file. For example, the zip code needs to match the billing address.
  • Have a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other card that you support.
  • Use a supported debit or credit card. For example, some prepaid cards aren't supported.

Once an order is paid for you should receive your order in 5-10 business days depending on what part of the country you’re in. Please check with us if you want details on international shipping. 

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

$200+ = $13.00 Shipping (Yes, only $13.00)

You have 15 days from the time your items have been delivered to return/exchange your items as long as they are in perfect condition. You must email us prior to sending the items back to confirm eligibility.

RETURNS
Once we have confirmed that you are eligible to send the items back within the 15 day time frame, it will be your responsibility to ship the items back to us. After checking if the item is in perfect condition, you will be notified that a refund has been issued. The refund will take up to 10 business days . 

EXCHANGES
Once we have confirmed that you are eligible to send the items back within the 15 day time frame, it will be your responsibility to ship the items back to us. After checking if the item is in perfect condition, we will send you the same item in the requested size. If the item is no longer available in that size, we will contact you for alternative options.

Once an order has been printed, a shipping label is automatically created and emailed to you right away. The package will not have detailed information until USPS/UPS has processed it in their system.

Customers must return the item first. Once the incorrect item has been received the correct one will be shipped. You have 5 business days from the day the item was delivered to notify us. 

If your debit/credit card has a billing address in the state of California then you will be charged 9.75% tax.

Payment will be processed through www.stripe.com and we do not see or have access to your information. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
